Yes. We offer tiered managed service agreements (MSAs) that include 24/7 monitoring, on-call incident response, proactive health checks, patch management, and regular performance reporting. SLA tiers are agreed during the engagement scoping phase.

Cloud Migration

We work across all major public cloud providers - AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform - as well as private cloud and hybrid environments. We are cloud-agnostic and will recommend the best platform for your workloads, costs, and compliance requirements.

A typical cloud migration with GTP follows a structured process: Discovery & Assessment → Cloud Architecture Design → Proof of Concept → Pilot Migration → Full Migration with rollback safeguards → Optimisation & Handover. We provide end-to-end programme management throughout.

Yes. We have completed 3+ multi-cloud implementations and regularly design hybrid architectures that connect on-premise IBM systems with cloud-native services. We use Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, and cloud-native IaC tooling for consistent, repeatable deployments.

DevSecOps & Linux

Our DevSecOps practice covers the full "shift-left" security pipeline: CI/CD pipeline design (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), static code analysis (SAST/DAST), container image scanning, secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager), Kubernetes security hardening, RBAC, network policy enforcement, and compliance-as-code (CIS benchmarks, NIST, ISO 27001 controls).

We support all major enterprise Linux distributions - RHEL, CentOS Stream, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu LTS, SUSE Linux Enterprise, and Debian. Our Linux & DevOps team handles kernel tuning, high-availability clustering, automation with Ansible, and Kubernetes/OpenShift administration.

Development Services

Our development services include Modern App Development (cloud-native microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, React, Vue, Next.js), Application Modernisation (legacy-to-modern rewrites and strangler-fig migrations), and Web Development (marketing sites, customer portals, and enterprise dashboards). All development follows DevSecOps principles from day one.

Yes. We have deep expertise modernising RPG/RPGLE, CL, COBOL, and PL/I codebases into modern languages and architectures. Common patterns include wrapping legacy logic with RESTful APIs, containerising business services, and progressively replacing batch processes with event-driven alternatives.

Yes. We build enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions including RAG-based document Q&A systems, AI copilots for internal tooling, LLM-integrated workflows, and AI-powered observability features (as seen in our proprietary products). We work with OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source model stacks.

Products Overview

GTP has built six proprietary monitoring and observability products, each solving a specific enterprise infrastructure challenge:

  • GTP Power Lumen - IBM infrastructure health monitoring
  • GTP InfraSentinel - Enterprise Internal Developer Platform with compliance automation
  • GTP IT Guardian - Multi-tenant IT monitoring SaaS
  • GTP SAP Aegis - AI-powered SAP & HANA health monitoring
  • GTP Oracle ERP Patron - AI-powered Oracle ERP monitoring (EBS, Fusion, NetSuite, JDE)
  • GTP WatchTower - Enterprise uptime monitoring with public status pages

All GTP products are designed for self-hosted deployment within your own infrastructure - giving you full data sovereignty, no vendor lock-in, and complete control. Most products ship as Docker Compose stacks with optional Kubernetes manifests, making deployment straightforward in any environment.

Yes. Several products embed AI-driven analytics: Power Lumen, InfraSentinel, IT Guardian, SAP Aegis, and Oracle ERP Patron all use machine learning models (Isolation Forest, DBSCAN, ARIMA) for anomaly detection, predictive forecasting, and alert clustering. No external AI API calls are required - models run locally within your deployment.

GTP Power Lumen

GTP Power Lumen is an IBM infrastructure monitoring platform that provides deep visibility into IBM Power Systems (AIX, IBMi, Linux on Power) and IBM Mainframe z/OS environments. It collects CPU, memory, disk, network, job queue, and subsystem metrics and surfaces them in unified Grafana dashboards with AI-driven anomaly alerts.

Power Lumen monitors IBMi AS/400, IBM Power AIX (including VIOS and LPAR metrics), Linux on Power, and IBM Mainframe z/OS. A single pane of glass gives your team visibility across the entire IBM estate without needing multiple monitoring tools.

Power Lumen is deployed as a Docker Compose stack on a Linux host within your network. Lightweight agents or SNMP/REST collectors are configured on each IBM system. The central stack includes Prometheus, Grafana, and the Lumen AI engine. Typical installation time is under two hours.

GTP InfraSentinel

GTP InfraSentinel is an Enterprise Internal Developer Platform (IDP) that combines infrastructure-as-code compliance automation with real-time observability. It uses OpenTofu (open-source Terraform) and Ansible to enforce CIS Benchmarks, DISA STIGs, and NIST CSF across cloud environments, with zero configuration drift detection and an AI anomaly dashboard.

InfraSentinel supports CIS Level 1 & Level 2 Benchmarks, DISA STIGs, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF). Compliance posture is scored continuously with percentage scores per framework, and drift from baseline triggers automated remediation playbooks via Ansible.

InfraSentinel works across AWS, Azure, and GCP via OpenTofu providers. It can also manage on-premise VMware and bare-metal Linux environments. Multi-cloud dashboards let teams see compliance posture across all three clouds in a single view.

GTP IT Guardian

GTP IT Guardian is a production-grade, self-hosted, multi-tenant IT monitoring SaaS platform. It provides full visibility into the health, performance, and capacity of customer infrastructure - bare-metal, VMs, and containers - with full logical tenant isolation. Ideal for MSPs or enterprises managing multiple client or business-unit environments from a single platform.

Each tenant gets an isolated Grafana organisation, a dedicated Prometheus instance, and PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) enforced at the database layer. Tenant data is never commingled. Admins can onboard new tenants via a self-service portal with Stripe-integrated billing tier controls.

Yes. IT Guardian's AI Engine uses Isolation Forest for real-time anomaly detection across infrastructure metrics, DBSCAN for alert clustering (reducing alert fatigue), and polynomial regression for disk capacity forecasting. All models run locally within your deployment - no external API dependencies.

GTP SAP Aegis

GTP SAP Aegis is an enterprise SAP observability and protection platform. It monitors every layer of your SAP and HANA landscape - surfacing anomalies, predicting threshold breaches, and routing tiered alerts before issues become incidents. 31 SAP/HANA metric categories are covered out of the box.

Aegis Insight AI combines Isolation Forest for real-time anomaly detection with ARIMA time-series forecasting, providing predictive horizon views at 15-minute, 60-minute, and 240-minute intervals. This means your team can act on predicted threshold breaches before they cause incidents, not after.

SAP Aegis ships with 11 pre-configured alert rules with tiered severity routing to Email, Slack, and PagerDuty. Alert thresholds and routing rules are fully configurable. All pre-built Grafana dashboards are included and ready to use from first boot - zero additional configuration required.

GTP Oracle ERP Patron

GTP Oracle ERP Patron is an Ansible-driven Oracle ERP health monitoring platform with 150 automated checks across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, and JD Edwards (JDE). It combines AI anomaly detection, MDR threat intelligence, and Grafana dashboards into a single Docker Compose stack.

The 150 checks are split into 96 OS-level checks (CPU, memory, disk, network, process health) and 54 ERP application checks covering Oracle EBS (13 checks), Oracle Fusion (14 checks), NetSuite (12 checks), and JD Edwards (15 checks). All checks run via Ansible playbooks on a configurable schedule.

The AI Insight engine uses an Isolation Forest model (200 estimator trees, 24 ERP metrics, 120 rolling snapshots) to score anomalies in real time. Scores near 0 (e.g. 0.04) indicate normal behaviour; scores approaching 1 indicate high-confidence anomalies. It also provides predictive forecasts at 15, 60, and 240-minute horizons so teams can act before thresholds are breached.

Yes. The MDR (Managed Detection & Response) engine maps 30 MITRE ATT&CK techniques relevant to Oracle ERP environments and runs 5 automated response playbooks for the most common threat scenarios. Tiered alerts route to Email, Slack, and PagerDuty. JWT RBAC with three roles (Admin, Analyst, Viewer) controls access.

GTP WatchTower

GTP WatchTower is a self-hosted enterprise uptime monitoring platform. It monitors HTTP/HTTPS endpoints, TCP ports, DNS records, Docker containers, WebSocket connections, Steam game servers, and Ping targets - all at 20-second check intervals. Beautiful public status pages, 90-day SLA history, and real-time WebSocket UI are included.

WatchTower supports six notification channels: Telegram, Discord, Slack, Gotify, Pushover, and Email (SMTP). Notifications can be routed per monitor or per group, with configurable delay and retry rules to avoid noise from transient blips.

Yes. WatchTower generates beautiful, branded public status pages with 90-day uptime history, incident timelines, and real-time status updates. Pages are self-hosted on your own domain - no third-party SaaS dependency. 2FA is supported for the admin dashboard, and multi-user access control is built in.

WatchTower supports a minimum check interval of 20 seconds - significantly more frequent than most cloud SaaS uptime tools. This ensures rapid incident detection and minimises mean-time-to-alert (MTTA) for critical services.
